CorePower Yoga at 23052 Lake Forest Drive, Suite C-1, Laguna Hills, California.

Out of all the CPY locations I really like this one for several reasons. First, the studio Management team (Stacey A. and Hannah) are really genuine and care. The space is clean and there's good energy. Next, the practice room is large and the temp always seems right. Finally, it has good vibes. Don't get me wrong, I like the other studios but they get super busy and there's often construction, noise and parking issues--but Lake Forest is super mellow. Also, I notice a cultural diversity that's refreshing. All shapes, sizes, races, ages, athletics abilities seem comfortable and welcome in the yoga class. That's important, in my opinion.
